Population Health Manual- JHA plans to publish a curriculum manual containing lessons and activities of all of the modules it has developed and taught.
- Module 1 - Introduction to population health, social determinants of health, and health inequities
- Module 2 - Introduction to health advocacy
- Module 3- Skills to take action such as facilitation, action letter writing, dissemination, research, etc.
- Module 4 - Action (examples of action projects conducted by JHA students)
- Social determinant of health modules - various SDOH topics, such as:
- Food security (taught 2006)
- Global health (2006-2010)
- Environmental Justice (2007-2010)
- Health system policies (Summer, 2008)
- Racism (Spring, 2010)
- Income and income inequality
- Globalization
- Employment
- Early childhood development
