Just Health Action, formerly the Population Health Project, teaches an innovative curriculum using a unique combination of content and skill activities that enables health professionals, teachers, and students to integrate their new understanding of the social determinants of health with their existing knowledge and experiences to take action on creating equity in their respective communities.
